Biasiswa Boleh Ubah JPA

Hai semua! Dah lama rasanya tak update blog ni. Hehehe. Hari ni, aku nak kongsi pengalaman aku sebagai penerima biasiswa JPA yang terbaru. 

Biasiswa ni dah tak sama macam dulu yang 100% tajaan. Sekarang, ada perubahan sikit. So, macam mana cara dia berfungsi? 

Macam mana biasiswa ni berfungsi?

Once korang graduate, biasiswa ni akan tengok korang keje apa.

• kalau swasta 50% off
• semi kerajaan 25% off
• kerajaan 100%

Disclaimer: once korang dh tamat belajar, korang takkan dijamin dapat keje kerajaan 100%. bergantung kepada kos dan nasib jugak. Tapi sebagai syarat memang korang kena apply portal SPA lepas tamat belajar.

Banyak soalan yang aku dapat dari pelajar2 yang tengah fikir nak amik ke tak tawaran ni. Okay meh kita jawab satu persatu!

1. Bila kena lapor tamat belajar? 

Kena lapor dalam masa setahun selepas tamat internship. 

2. Macam mana nak lapor diri? 

 Zaman aku, korang cuma perlu pergi ke portal myself JPA, masukkan keputusan keseluruhan dan tunggu beberapa bulan untuk proses selanjutnya. 

3. Bila mula kena bayar? 

 Biasiswa JPA sekarang bersyarat, jadi pembayaran akan bermula selepas lapor diri selesai. Jumlah bayaran bergantung pada kos pengajian dan pinjaman yang diterima. Sebagai contoh, aku bayar hanya RM50 sebulan. 

4. Ada interest tak? 

 Tak ada interest. Ini memang salah satu kelebihan berbanding PTPTN sebab tak ada bunga langsung.

5. Bila boleh apply untuk pengurangan bayaran? 

Actually part ni paling complicated sebab kena banyak documents especially kalau korang keje swasta and keep tukar keje cam aku huhuhu

since kos aku hanya 3 tahun, syarat aku is kena keje 3 tahun and paling lama tanam anggur is 6 bulan. Jadi kalau tukar company takde hal tp xleh lebih 6 bulan kalau tak, tak valid. So sepanjang 3 tahun tu 3 company aku keje sbb setiap tahun tukar keje hhehe. jadi aku kena buat documentation ketiga2 company and submit.

6. Bila dapat tahu keputusan pengurangan bayaran? 

 Proses ini biasanya mengambil masa setahun juga. Aku pun mula give up sebab hantar permohonan via email tapi langsung tak ada maklum balas. Aku follow up pun senyap je. Ingatkan tak lepas la sebab tukar kerja banyak kali. Tapi suatu hari, surat tiba di rumah dan permohonan aku diluluskan. Setelah lulus, korang boleh bayar ansuran atau penuh.

BEST CHINESE HISTORICAL DRAMA 2020

Hye guys!
So its been a long time since the last time i post something here. Okay since its weekend, i have some time to update. This is based on my personal preference.

1. ROMANCE OF ROSE AND TIGER

Chen Xiao Qian is an unknown screenwriter who's been single since birth. She's worked really hard and finally finished a grand drama of a heroine, only to have filming delayed because actor Han Ming Xing can't stop questioning the script! She's determined to prove him wrong--until things go topsy turvy and she winds up stuck in the world of her own creation!
Now known as the Third Princess, a minor character who was supposed to die in the third episode, Chen Xiao Qian has to not only navigate a plot gone completely out of control, but survive and find a way home. The problem? Han Shuo, a crown prince of an enemy city--the man her character kidnapped to be her husband. He's got his own agenda, and part of that might mean falling in love with the "wrong" girl.

2. THE CHANG'AN YOUTH

Internship at Tokio Marine Life

Assalamualaikum semua...
ok based on tajuk aku nak citer kat korang macam mana aku boleh intern dekat Tokio Marine.
actually aku masih lagi dalam internship and akan habis dua bulan lagi! yeay! hmm sedih jugak tu ada la ...

okay back to story, aku apply intern dekat LIAM @life insurance association of Malaysia. mungkin korang semua tak pernah dengar apa itu LIAM. so start la google ya! kat laman web tu ada cara macam mana nak apply intern kat sana. so after send required document dekat LIAM. Kita senyap jer tunggu orang call. chance nak dapat tinggi kalo korang pointer 3 and abover! huhuhu so usaha la ya naikkan pointer tu!

Then nanty orang call kalo dapat. Actually kalo bawah LIAM, korang macam gamble la, mana company yang nak korang dia akan contact korang. setiap tahun lain company bawah LIAM.
So TOKIO MARINE nak aku kan..so aku accept jer la.tapi seandainya korang nak bawah TOKIO MARINE , boleh directly apply dekat company dorang.
Elaun Tokio IS RM900 tapi under LIAM RM800 jer.

Tapi banyak kelebihan kalau korang apply under LIAM. SO NEXT POST, aku share kelebihan intern bawah LIAM k! bye

BEST THAI LAKORN

Since i am a fan of thai lakorn, i will share based on my preference.

1. Bhuppae sunniwat @ love destiny

this drama mainly like time travelling but actually it is about reincarnation. Based on historical. it is the story of kadesurang who involved in accident and enter the body of karakade in Ayuttaya. She is a modern girl entering historic world! surely she changes everything there. This drama makes me laugh but sometimes i also cried as it is so sad. Good news! it is happy ending. Karakade is being hated by everyone include his betrothed Por Date due to her evil character. Kadesurang is a nice girl. you can see how she struggles to change people's perception towards karakade. Por Date eventually fell in love with her as she is unique and he find that she is different from the usual Karakade. 

 2. paen rai long tai wa rak @ the evil plan ends with love 

The story about Fah who is trying to stop the marriage of Tawan who is her family since they grow up together and they are like siblings. She peretends to be pregnant with Tawan but her plan fail when the uncle of the bride announce that the baby is him. so instead of trying to stop the marriage, she eventually getting married with the man. As day goes by, they started to fall in love with each other. This drama is full of comedy. I laugh at almost episodes. Really recommended to watch. rate 9/10.

 3. Neung Nai Suang @ only one in my heart

 This drama is about Poom who is now a beautiful woman. When she was little, she is a fat chubby girl and always being teased by Neung. Poom is an orphan so she always being looked down by other people. Neung meet poom after coming back to Thai and fall in love at first sight during a dancing party. But Poom still remembers how bad Neung treat her when they were little. so she hated him for that. Neung who loves her willing to do anything to get her heart. this drama is funny. Really good acting for the main lead. Their chemistry is good. At the end of the episode, i really feel annoying with Poom who is so stubborn and always reject Neung eventho she also fell in love with him. This drama set in 70s -80s era. The costume is nice. 

 4. kleun cheewit @ waves of life

Jeerawat is a hardworking woman, who is a famous model and actress. Her mother married a smarmy but rich man, who secretly lusts after her. After he attempts to drug Jeerawat, she manages to escape by driving away. Unfortunately, she hits a young woman in the road, who later dies at the hospital. The dead young woman has a fiancee, Sathit, who happens to be a lawyer. He vows revenge on the female driver who killed his beloved fiancee. Unfortunately, Jeerawat's stepfather and mother use their influence and money to hide and hush all evidence. Sathit decides to stalk and bother her to find the evidence that she's an evil and manipulative temptress. But in the end, he finds out she's actually a good and kind person, despite her lowly beginnings, and gradually falls in love with her. This drama is melodrama.. I cried for almost every episode! i feel so sympathetic towards jeerawat. The male lead surely is a cruel man but he then fell in love with her. 

 5. Buang Hong @ a lasso for a swan

this lakorn follows the downfall of a hi-so girl named Pimlapas. Her life starts out rosy; she is the daughter of a wealthy man, she has a great boyfriend, and she is a well-known supermodel. Because fate can be cruel, in one day, Pimlapas loses everything. Her boyfriend dumps her and her father passes away (her stepmother swindled all his wealth). In a blink of an eye, Pimlapas is penniless and an orphan. During her desperate situation, Pimlapas is contacted by a mysterious person. They give her an offer she can’t refuse. Pimlapas is assigned to steal important documents from a high-end hotel owner, Ramet, in exchange for money. First, Pimlapas seduces Ramet with her beauty. He instantly falls for her. Gradually, Pimlapas also starts to like Ramet. That’s her dilemma, she falls in love with a man whom she is assigned to swindle. On the day Pimlapas decides to steal the documents, she is caught by Ramet. Though heart-broken and disappointed, Ramet doesn’t call the cops. Instead, he blackmails her and makes her a server at his hotel. Things are going well; Pimlapas pays back her debt to Ramet, but then her stepmother arrives and trouble starts to stir in her life again. I cry watching this drama but its an interesting drama.

 6. Koo woon loon paen rak @ chaotic love 

A romantic comedy. The story of a gardener's daughter Korjun who was once labeled as an ugly duckling by the brother of a cold businessman Sila. She returned as a beauty girl and charmed Sila's brother into liking her. Sila wanted his brother to marry a girl that he has chosen for him for she will help support his company. So Sila plotted a plan for Korjun to fall in love with him. Love begins to blossom as he gets closer to her. Therefore, the two must choose to continue following their plans or follow their hearts. Best rom com drama! will laugh at every episode! 

 7. Rak Gan Panlawan @ confusedly in love

 Tulyana is a tomboy who got dumped by her girlfriend three times, so she decides to fall in love with a man instead. Her senior, who works in the salvation army, is the one who awakes the girly in her, so she decides to flirt with him. It's not easy when he thinks of her as a sister, but she won't easily give up. Methakawin is a new executive of the aquarium and Tulyana's new boss. They both have a problem with each other; she stole his girlfriend in the past. Their love triangle starts to become complictaed at the aquarium.
